Social Media as a Development Tool English Communicative Competence

The purpose of the research is to determine effectiveness practical application social media based on Web 2.0 technologies, aimed at developing students' English-speaking communicative competence. To implement tasks and test hypothesis put forward, following scientific methods were used: empirical (experimental learning using 2.0); diagnostic: observation, testing students; statistical method - mathematical analysis data obtained during experiment; descriptive: description verbal recording results. results experimental study showed correctness forward that formation competence among students will become more effective when creating a methodology formed technologies 2.0. For implementation theoretical conclusions after experiment, it necessary have certain pedagogical conditions. Among these: taking into account peculiarities educational environment, enhancing speech activity with participation technologies. They developed basis diagnostics level in process teaching streaming mode. Future searches are possible direction substantiation new technology other training courses (non-philological) specialties. This vector especially distance as an alternative traditional process.
